tric Light \Vorks. is going on a.

ed today.
This is one o! the few vacations
that'Mr. Winchester has taken since
he has been at the head of the So.
Norwalk plant and is taking ‘ this
one only upon the orders of the
Electrical Commissioners.
At a. meeting of the Electrical
Commissioners. held about three
weeks ago. it was voted to have
Mr. Winchester take a. vacation in
order that- his health might be im-
proved. '

light plant and we feel that he
