on the Post road at Sound Beach.
has agreed to cancel his lease on
the property. was learned last night.
when Mrs. Van Beck indicated that
this was the basis {or the reconcil-
iation with her husband.
Mrs. Van Beck. who owns the‘
property. said she would drop the
divorce action she had begun
against her husband in the Superior
court. in which she alleged cruelly.
Another action which she brought
in which the court was asked to
evict Van Beck from the premises
also will be dropped. she said last
night.
"Everything is settled now. he
agreed to come to my terms. That's
all there is to it." Mrs. Van Beck
said.
Asked if she would occupy the
same residence with her husband in
the future. she said. "Marrléd poo-

The legal end or the reconciliation
will be adjusted by her attorneys.
she indicated. The divorce suit will
be withdrawn from the Superior
court at Bridgeport this week.
