Editor, The Evening Sentinel:
Why do I believe in Norwal k?

Because of its growth during the past 25 years. I am going
to use the paper box industry as a good criterion to go by.

/f When I first came to Norw alk there was but one paper box
manufacturer in this city supplying the needs of all Norwalk and
suburban towns.

Today there are no less than ten concerns manufacturing
this product, which fact alone demonstrates the increased produc-
tion of different materials manufactured in this city during this

‘ time. There must be some good reason for this. There is.

What better location could any business man possibly find
than the City of N orwalk, with its wonderful shipping facilities,
within such a short distance from New York, the largest and great-
est city of all the world? Not only this, but what more beautiful
place could the proprietors and their help find in which to make
their homes, having the combined glory of both seashore and coun-

ry.

The Norwalk Board of Trade is made up of men who could
not be better fitted both to solicit and make welcome those who
may desire to locate within our city. All that remains undone_ at
this time to perfect the picture of Norwalk’s future progress and
prosperity is the combined efforts of merchants. manufacturers,

and citizens to help' 1n every way possible Norwalk’ 8 Board of
Trade 1n its efforts.

. The Evening Sentinel should be highly commended for
boosting Norwalk. This would be a simplified undertaking should
the hand of help be extended by all.
