ganizl-d yesterday at a meeting held
m the parsonage. and the following
ollicers was elected: President. Mrs.
Joseph R. Taylor; Vice-president.
Mrs. i. ll. Kiggins; Treasurer, Mrs.
Edgar B. Lynch; Secretary. Mrs.
Harold Wilson. in some years there
has never been such a body working
with a local church. and it was much
desired by the pastor that such a
group should be formed. The group
will immediately begin work. and
for the present Mrs. Charles s Gray
will be in charge of progress and
study. This year's work will be
given toward the study of China and
its people. The next meeting of the
group will be held on Founders’
Day. March 23. at the Parsonage.
when it is hoped to have a large--
class join in the work. A cordial
imitation is issued to any lady in
Kowayton who is interested in for-
eign missions. to Join in the work.
