"W’hen State Highway Commis-
sioner McDonald was in Norwalk
last summer. he stated that we
would not receive state aid for paw-
ing oil-East avenue. There is no use
of trying to fool ourselves. you know
and 1 know that we are not going
to get State aid on the paving of
East avenue. ,
