Weed's car. Operated by a. chant-
four. was being driven along Linden
Avenue, Darlen. when the Van Hou-
ton machine, driven by Clarencel
Van Houton. son or Mrs. Van Hou-
ton. started out. tron-l the rlgl-g curb.
In the smash-up that followed the
Van Houton car was reduced to
“Junk." according to‘~ the' Judge's
memorandum.
W’eed brought the action. asking
damages of 8600. Mrs. van IIouton
in a counter-claim, asked $1,000
damages. '
