cations that powerful financial
groups abroad may be using subma-
rines to smuggle liquor into the
United States have come into the
possession of oflicials of the Coast
Guard just as preparations are be-
ing made at the League Island Navy
Yard here to launch a powertul pro-
hibition navy. in a drive to the death
against rum runners.
