The Norwalk Church Orchestra
will complete its fourth season
Sunday evening when it will play in
the I‘Ior'nlk M. E. Church for the
Memorial Day service to be held

maining Civil \V'ar veterans in me-
mory of their dead comrades.
Franz Listcmann, cellist, and Mr.
Wiemann. contrabass player, both
of New York City, will be present
to assist the Norwalk orchestra.
Neither of these distinguished ar-—
tists needs‘ an introduction, for they.
have played with the local organi-
zation several times this winter, and
have won the hearts of all who have
heard them. A!
Mr. Llstemarm will have another
chance. too, to show how beautiful-
ly he can play his 'ccllo, for in the
selection. "Songs From The Old

Danbury Trolley Line
DANBU RY, May 23. —1 oreclosure
action has been started by the first
mortgage bond holders of the Dan-
bury and Bethcl street railway com-
pany. The case will come up in the
June term of the Superior court.
The action was started by the Am-
erican Trust company. of Boston. the
largest bond holder, because the in-
terest had not been paid on May 1,
Judge J. Moss Ives. receiver for the
company. said that during the past
two years. $260,000 had been spent
in improving the lines which ac-
counted for the non—payment of. in-
terest.
