this morning by The Evening Ben-
tlnel. The company is incorporated
for 370.000.
The Rough Hat company is one
of the oldest. halting concerns in
Nornalk. so years ago it was ob
tablishv-d by Otto Barthol who
formed the Otto Burlhol company.
Later Mr. Barthol retired and it
passed into the hands of the late
William Moran and the late Ed-
ward Baird. Associated with these
two men was Irving Jennings.
The new purchasers took over
the stock of the Mom“ estate and
that owned by Jennings. The fol-
