“Masters of Men” on

The Rislto theatre will begin the
observance of its first anniversary
tomorrow with the presentation of
“The Social Code" and other novel-
ties. "The Social Code" will also be
presented Monday. Beginning Tues-
day and continuing for tour days the
famous story "The Common Law"
will be presented. Saturday the an-
niversary week celebration will be
closed with the presentation of Wes-
ley Sorry in "The Country Kid."
This program was selected with the
utmo re and it is a. bill of ex-
coptio merit. An augmented or-
chestra will render overtures during
the week.
“Masters of Men." a thrilling sea
story. will be shown today for the
last time at the Rlnito. The picture
began a two day engagement yes-

In welcoming the New Year Mon-
dayq night Norwalk will have a. nov-
elty in a. midnight show which
Manager David Esterson of the Pal-
ace theatre has . arranged to pre-
sent at that popular house. While
all of next week will be devoted to
vaudeville at the Palace, with a
complete show change on Thursday.
the Monday night program will be
very unusual. It will consist of six
headline acts at the B. F. Keith cir-
cuit with a specially arranged New
Year's Eve atterpiece that will pre-
sent all of the members of the com-
pany in one big act.‘
This show will start at 11:45 and
will be featured by real merriment
or the first order. Arrangements
have been made with the Connecti-
cut Co. so that trolley cars will be
available to all parts of the city a!-
ter the show and a. car will be run
to “‘estport for the benefit of any

Norwalk‘ will welcome this new
form of New Year‘s celebration and
