OUR POLICY

We have been advised that it would be timely and
proper to outline our store policy. All factors consid-
ered, a policy in itself is a minor matter. It may be
phrased in elaborate terms, but—it is not a document-:-
certainly not in the sense of the word you are to profit
by it. Our policy has always been an acceptance at
face value of the confidenceour customers repose in our
establishment. Hence, the various details are nothing
more or less than our continuous efforts to merit the
good will of established trade—and thus add an ever
grpwing list of satisfied patrons. Upon these princiL
pies, _we base the success of our store.

SERVICE \

This one, much abused, little understood word in
retailing has a definite place in our scheme of operation.
In fact, it enjoys such. a prominent place that we are not
going to discuss it, in elaborate terms of the exceptional
-—why imply the’obvious ? However, service to us is
primarily the fulfillment of a promise, and promises
made by this store are substantiated by actual. per-
