Bridgeport. in and for Fairlield
County on the first Tuesday of No-
vember, 1923. which application is
dated the 18th day of October, 1923.
having been presented to the under-
signed. an order for a hearing there-
on before the Superior Court in the
county building ‘in said Bridgeport
on this 25th day of October. 1923.
at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon. hav-
ing been issued and return having

1. That Frank I. Jones of said
Norwalk be and be hereby is ap-
pointed temporary receiver of the
Trix Cereal Company.
2. That said dppointment shall
not take effect until said Frank 1.
Jones shall have died with the un-
dersigned a bond in proper form
with good and sufficient surety in
the sum of 830.000 conditioned on
the faithful performance of his du-
ties under said appointment and in
the event that he shall at any time
or times hereafter be confirmed or
appointed in mid action either as
terrporary or permanent receiver.
