OKLAHOMA CITY. Sept. 21.—
Governor J. C. Walton today declar-
ed that additlonal troops are being
mobilized to prevent end "treason-
able assemblage" ot the Oklahoma
Legislature.
The Governor amerted he would
“brook no interference" in his plan
to clear out the Ku Klux Klan. He
continued:
"Under our constitution. it is un-
lawful (or the Legislature to assem-
ble in extraordinary on without
the request or the Go rnor. and it
is a direct stroke 0! the Ku Klux
Klan through their officers. mem-
bers and leaders. such as W. D.
HcBoe. of Duncan: Allan street. at
Oklahoma City. and others. to hem-
