the object was to see which swim-
mer could gct it. onto the float
first.
In the men's diving. Paul. Burns
id some beautiful jack knifcs. The
novelty race. which required each
contestant to swim through an au-
tomobile tube under water. proved
to be more difficult than expected.
The canoe tilting. \hich usually-
ioats for three or four exciting min-
utcs. was made short work of by
Ward Van Aimne and Ward Green.
