the Huber Ice Cream Company
strikers. it is said. were arrested
early Saturday night by Special Po-
liceman Michael Gillespie. charged
with breach of the peace. They are
Joseph Rich. 0! 23 Fairfleid avenue.
Stamford. and Arthur Dnetsch. of 60
Union avenue. Mamaroneck. N. Y.

The two men. the police say. were
inducing storekeepers on Pacific
street to refrain i'rom purchasing
Huber-'s cream while the present
strike continues. Both were releas-
ed on bonds of 8250 each and will be
tried before Judge Samuel Young in
the City court this morning.

the Huber ice Cream Company.
