To tour the New England states in a repertoire oi one act plays is the object of The Jitney Players. a dra- matic organisation now being termed by H. Bushnell Cheney of South Man- chester. and Mrs. Cheney. known on the stage 'as Alice Keating. Miss Francis Simpson. daughter oi Dr. Frederick T. Simpson and Mrs. Blmp~ son of Asylum avenue.
