Marion Davies featured. Her latest
release “Adam and Eva." which scored
a hit on Broadway ,will open a. three
days' engagement at the Regent Thea-
tre tomorrow. This is another Cos-
mopolitan picture produced for Para-
mount and the combination or organ-
izations is surely enough of the high
calibre of the release. It is however
timely to say that Norwaik theatre-
goers will find in “Adam and Eva." a
picture that will please the most
critical. It is above the ordinary in
all particulars and the regent should
have capacity audiences for the three
days.

bow with this week's engagement at
the Palace Theatre and Manager
David Esterson has taken more than
the usual pains to be sure that the
season, the closing one will bring
hero some of the finest acts that are
available. L'nusual pictures will also
be shown. A week from Saturday
the Palace will present "Wine, “’0-
men and Song." a high mass burlesque
musical comedy. From the very larg-
est and finest houses throughout the
country the reports on this show have
indicated its popularity and Norwalk
will be no exception. It will be a
welcome change or program.

The descendant of the Laurie after—
wards lost the whistle to Walter Rid-
den of Glenriddell. whose descendant

mitted to a. contest between himself
and two other descendants of the Eer-
guson of Cralgdarroch and Sir Robert
hurls of Maxwelton.
