Plans for an intensive - recruiting
campaign have been completed for
,the State of VCormecticut. by Hon.

Secretary of War. assisted by a board
of County Crairmen. Provisions have
been made (or the training of 3,000
students between the ages of 17 and
27 years. There will be four courses.
a Basic Red Course, Avanced Red
Course, and “’hite and Blue Courses.
The latter three Will include tmining‘
in the Infantry. Cavalry. Coast and
Field Artillery and Engineering
branches of the service.
All of the courses will include train-
ing in citizenship and physical, de-
and athletics for which gold and sil-
ver medals will be given at the close
of the camp. A bronze medal twill be
given to the’student holding the best
all round record in each company. ’

partment the Hospital Area. used for
the two former Citizen's Military
Training Camps will be p eserved and
utilized for the training his year.
