The Norwalk High Pupils were
treated to a surprise. yesterday morn-
ing. which came in the nature of mov-
ing picture show. The pictures were
shown- by the Kirkman Soap Com-
pany, 1110., and showed how soap was
made. In addition to this comedies
and educational pictures were given.
The following pictures were shown:
Billy Bumps Fights Niagara Falls
Scenery. Behind the Wrapper. Tupi-
cul fish in the‘ New York Aquarium
and how Kirkman‘s Soap .is made.
The pictures were very interesting
and instructive and were enjoyed by
the pupils. The fourth peroid was
omitted from'the day's routine.

The Senior Class' held a. regular
monthly meeting after school. yester-
day afternoon. P‘snk Sterry Abbott,
president of the Senior Class, an-
nounced that he had received a letter
from the Harrington Adams Produo-‘
ing Company. advising the immediate
selection of a cast for the annual
Senior play. which will be “The
Glorious Girl". and also urged begin-
ning rehearsals for the play. Fol-
lowing this announcement President
Abbott announced that the class char-
actc‘rs ’would be selected. such as Best
Looking, Most Modest, Studious. Best
Dresser. Best Dancer and others.
Three pupils were nominated for each
honor or dishonor as the pupil rc~
garded it. The results of the elec-
tion wil be published in a few days.
