(whaling schooner during the shooting
of scenes showing a terrific battle be-
tween 0. mutlnous crew and the car»
taln's men. One camera was grind-
ing the scent; showing a half dozen of

advance from the bow. Another
camera was focused on Malcolm
McGregor. who stood some yards fur-
ther aft. revolver in hand. holding the

camera: was so concealed as not to
be within the other‘s locus. Because
