alleges. Fillm made his daughter
Mary, under duress. convey without
consideration. the land 3119 had ro-
celved, to one Giovanni Ricco.
On September 6. 1922, Filippo got
quit claim deed from Giovanni Ricco.
who. according to the writ. “is either
a flcticious person. or who was not in
the United States at the ,. ime of this
conveyance. " No co ‘ ration was
received for this conveyance either.
Jt is further alleged that Filippo,
since November 431.1918. has had the
use of the property. and has received
