The unique feature of Mr. Merritt’s
bill. is the provision made for avoiding
the prohibition enforced by the Fed-
eral Trade Commission. This

be sold at a price less than that fixed

protect his "resale" price. and also re.-
lievlng the retailer from 'danger of
loss.
