Mrs. Nicholas Chiero of Bedford-
ville. N. Y.. died on Tuesday in a. hos;
pital in Waterbury. from burns receiv-
ed Sunday. when an explosion follow-
ed the pouring of kerosene oil into a
stove lire. Her 10-months-old child
died soon after the explosion.

er. traffic division head. Four per.
sons were killed by motor trucks. two
by delivery automobiles three in col-
lision between a pleasure ca; and a
trolley car. one by a taxicab. one in a
collision between a motorcycle and a
trolley car, one in a collision between
a truck and a pleasure auto. and one
in a collision between a delivery car
and a pleasure auto.
