Although the registration of rourth-
class matter will be discontinued. let-
ters, postal cards. prints. samples of
merchandise and commercial papers
will still be accepted for registration.
Senders are advised that mail matter
of intrinsic value. as distinguished
reneral merchandise should be sealed
letter postage paid. and registered so

New Regulations;

The maximum indemnity, tor the
loss of any registered article ex-
changed with Canada will be increas-
rd from $9.60 to an amount not to ex-
cocd $25. The fee will remain un-
changed.
