of the men questioned that it was be-
lieved that Brannigsn and his friends
might have been drinking as they
seemed to be "under the weathek."

that Brannigan struck s man. was
struck in turn, and then that another
man started a. row with still a fourth

forming ths militant section of the
Fascisti into “the mllltis for notional
safety" era in the buds of Premier
Mussoli and will be discussed first by
