quiring the Noroton Water Company
to extend utilities commission has
fixed Thursday. December 14 at 11:30

Capitol.

The petitioners. who total twenty.
one and are headed by Septlmus E.
Gibson.. seek an extension of service
to Hoyt street and the so—cailed
Springdale section of‘ the town. and
in the event of the inability of the
Noroton company to provide this
service, the petitioners ask the com—
mission to call upon the company to
relinquish its charter rights in the
