three fellow passengers ' sustained
such serious injuries, that they are
still confined in the Norwalk‘ hospi-
tal exonerated the motorman and
conductor- of the trolley car into
which the machine crashed from any
criminal negligence. The "trolley car
was operated by Motorman John

destroy ed a. barn on the estate of
proprlefor of the Blythe—
wood sanitarium yesterday morning.
Two horses. two ponies. 18 tons of hay
and farming implements were lost in
the blaze which did damage amount-
ing to $10. 000. The cause of the fire
is undetermined.
