Lemon Butter for Tartar—Put over

when boiling hot add one tnhiespoom

water to pour. cook until smooth, then

of sugar and a little salt. Bring to
the boiling point. add the rind from

slmonfllls of juice. Remove at once
from the heat and bent two minutes.
When cold it is ready to fill tart shells.

company against the Steamer Walter
