William Sheldon. a. city employe, who
died after being struck by the auto-

divinity school student. on Oct. 6. In
the finding Rose is exonerated.
The evidence was that Sheldon was
carrying cement pipe across the high-
way. He walked from behind a. car
and was hit by the side of Roses
machine.
