discussion is being aroused in boxing
circles. as to the manner in which the

ing bout at the arena here Monday
night. He was operated upon for a
fractured skull at St. Francis Hospital
yesterday afternoon and is in a. criti-
cal condition. He has not regained
consciousness since the match and the
chances are believed to be against his
