vide for the better government of
Scotland and \‘i’ales. and for other
matters relating thereto" has been in-
troduced into the House of Commons.
This action follows upon renewed
talk in some quarters of "home rule
all around," in other words autonomy
for Scotland and “'nles us apart from

come of the birth of the Irish Free
State. Prime Minister Lloyd George,
