Robert G. Acton.
The many friends of Robert G. Ac-
ton will be grieved to learn of his
death at his home. No. 67 Couch
street. last night. at the age of 47
years. Besides a widow, he is surviv-
ed by one son, Howard Acton: and two
daughters. Alice H. and Dorothy E..
all of this city.
He was welloknown. having come to
this city some thirteen years ago with
the Cluett-Peaibody company.
He was an nctiw: member of Butler
Lodge. No. 97. I. O. O. I“.. being its
treasurer. which office he had held
for the past seven years. He was also
chairman of the present building com-
mittee. which building is now under
construction on South Main street.
Mr. Acton was also a member of
Eureka Rebekah Lodge. No. 42. I. O.
0. 1'1. and Trinity Episcopal church.
The funeral arrangements will be
