been offered by Father Ricci. but this
effort. he claims, was prevented by

Dunne finally refused Fordiani's peti-

the town court last night.
The Meriden town court has un-
limited jurisdiction in law and equity
and by the act of 1906 may sit as a
naturalization court. The Act of 1906
which gave this right failed. however
to provide for any appeal from the
decisions of this naturalization court.
Just to whom an appeal may be taken
is one of the legal points the case is
expected to decide.
