Polish Upper Silesia. thus making it
unnecessary for Dr. Calender. presi-
dent of the l'prper Silesian Commis-
sion. to announce his arbitration deci-

cision was postponed for a short time
in order to allow the Polish-German
conference to come to an agreement.
