A jury in the Brooklyn, N. Y., Supreme Court has decided that
Playfellow, the full brother of Man 0' War, was a wind sucker, and
rendered a verdict in favor of Harry F. Sinclair in his suit
against Jamar F. Johnson for $100, 000, the price Mr. Sinclair paid
for the thoroughbred colt last summer. The verdict returns the colt;
to Mr. Johnson, who will appeal the case. The decision and the
appeal taken by Mr. Johnson mean that the colt probably will be
prevented from rading this year. The decision, if upheld, will prob--
ably revolutionize the horse trading and selling busineSs throughout
the country. Written agreements will he demanded by buyer and
