We ought to teach our children health “in terms of strength, and
beauty and joy, rather than of weakness and disease.” We should tell a
boy that if he keeps clean and sleeps long hours and takes plenty of out-
door exercise he will feel well, and will grow up to be a good athlete and
hunter and fighter for the weak and for good causes; like Theodore
'Roosevelt.
