The cases of John Novello and John
Moimno, both charged with reckless
driving, were heard by Judge Nehe-
miah‘Candee in the uptown ctly court
yesterday afternoon and this morning.
Testimony of half a score of witnesses
was taken but Judge Candee had not
given a decision up to the present
time. The two accused were arteszed
on December 19, by Special Ofilcer
Charles Thorpe for racing on \Vcsl
avenue.
