but 25 sick or wounded men known to
the Chapter. Today they number 167.

\Vith the lapse of time between dis-
charge and the present, it becomes
more difficult to secure the required
evidence to connect today's disability
”with the service, and to supply the
almost endless requests for informa—
tion before actual settlement of ’a
claim.
In co—opexation with the American
Legwn and the Veterans of Foreign
”Wars. has been established a joint
comnnttee for all sex-service men cases

by reducing duplication and insuring
hotter case work. At all the military
funerals the Red Cross has been ofli—
