P. Tultle. one of the best. known
members of the Connecticut Bar. and
' former superior court judge, died at

Judge Tutlle had been in poor
health for a year and had been con-
ilned l0 his home {or six weeks.
He was born in Unionville June 12,
1865: was a graduate of Yale Aca—
demic (1889) and law‘ and had been
practicing law in Hartford thirty
years. He was appointed to the Sn-
perior Court bench in February, 1913.
and resigned in August. 1918.

was admilled to the Bar. He was
nominated by the Democrats for Con-
