ARSONIA. Aug. 13.—Fifteen auto-.
mobiles were burned this morning in
a fire which destroyed H G. Fosdick's
gal .igo 01. Central street. and gutted

ceptions were two touring cars which
Mr. Fosdick was to deliver this week.
The loss is estimated at 820.000.
About $9.000 of this is on the automo-
.iles. The Fosdick loss is 38.000. He
carried insurance of $3.500 on the gar-
age and contents. Zz'iwacki estimated
his loss at 84.000 fully covered by in—
surance.
The fire is believed to have started
near the oven in the bakery. a three-
story brick structure. owned by Mr.
Fosdick. and is thought to have burn-
ed for nearly an hour before it reach-
ed vhe garage which adjoins it. The
garage was of wood. one story high.
and burned quickly. Explosions of
gasoline helped to spread the blaze
and so made the work of the firemen
