The appeal recites that application
“as made on June 16. It alleges that
necticut Company and the New Haven
Railroad. and says that appellants are
aggrieved by the order and decision
of the commission. Twelve reasons
why the appeal should be considered]
favorably by the Superior Court are;
contained in the complaint. which cone
eludes with a prayer that the court
will "re-examine the propriety and ex-
relief as may be. just and equitable."
The only real reason for the refusal
of the Public Utilities Commission to
grant licenses to the men—the fact
that they compete with the trollevs
and railroad—is not mentioned in the
appeal.
