that the funeral service for Lieut.

was fined 825 and costs on a charge
oi reckless driving in the downtown
court this morning by Judge Ne
hemish Candee. The arrest was made
on July 3rd. Stewart alleged by State
Motor Vehicle patrolman Carroll to
have been driving over the Wilson
Point road in a reckless manner. The
fine was suspended on the payment
oi.costs which amounted to 811.11,
