joint Memorial Day Fund committee
was held last evening. Commander
Harry J. Keena presiding. Final plansl
for Memorial Day were perfected, and
will be announced later. The two
theatre benefit performances will be
held this evening.

Inasmuch as the beterans are only
benefited by the sale of tickets by
themselves and their friends, those de-
‘siring to Show their respect and love
for the boys of ’61. '98. and ’17, should
purchase their tickets for the shows
this evening from them. Represen-
tatives of the Grand Army, Spanish
\Var Veterans and American Legion
and Foreign Service Veterans will be
seen on the streets in almost any part
of the city this evening.

Buttons will be worn to identify
them, or they will be in uniform.

Charles Frizzell. has succeeded in
donating the services of :2 number of
automobiles for the use of the Grand
Army on Sunday morning, May 29th.
