was shot and killed in her home late
today. Charles Milan was arrested in
Andover tonight as the alleged mur-
derer or Mrs. Rogers. He was brought
here and locked up. Mrs. Rogers was
shot in the head and a .33 calibre re-
volver was found. She was a well
known resident of Andever. having
lived in that town 26 years. Miles is
said to be of Spanish nationality.
