New Norma Talmadge Presentattion Is
“She Love; and Lies" from Popular
Novel and Play of the .Same Name
“She Loves and Lies." which proved
to be one of the most popular novels
ever written and a play of just as
much merit, has now become a motion
picture destined to outdo the success
of the story in book form and the pro-
duction which was offered on the
stage. There is little doubt but that
the public Will be glad of the oppor-
tunitty to see "She Loves and Lies" in
pictures. Not a little of the reason for
this will result from the fact that
Norma Talmadge has been selected by
Producer Eelznick to play the leading
role. Under the direction of her hus-
band, Joseph Schenck. who has be
come one of the famed figures in the
motion picture world, Miss Taimadge
has done her best. Among recent
plays in which she starred there were
many critics who believed that Miss
Talmadge would

winning vaudeville bill for the last
three days of the week and . judged
upon paper it will rival any show that
has been offered SO'far this season.
The program has what will be found
perhaps the best. closing act that has
come to Norwalk in the Five Musical
Queens. These performers are noted
for the success with which they have
met in Broadway Theatres and those
of other large cities. McConnell and
Austin will present a sttudy on
wheels. May and Hill will offer musi-
cal comedy flirtatious. A comedy skit
will be presented by, Claretta and
Lewis. and Kennedy and Brahm will
offer songs and dances? Thci‘e will be
an excellent plctture for the first tv'vo
days of the vaudeville. Thursday and
Friday, when the Palace will present
Maurice Tourneur's latest release,
“Deep Waters." This is a story of
wonderful appeal and has an unusual
