Mr. YVilkins sent his little daughter for me to come to
his §tore at thetime Iliad an Ad in the paper for rooms to
rent in July. He wanted to rent the. apartment on .
second floor which was vacant still?! time, but I told his
little daughter he should come over and see no abttut .‘t'

Later Mre. Wilkins told Mrs}. Lopez (who is a tenant on

Frank Stratton to look into the malter and he told Mr. Wilkins, to
stop breaking up my property. Since that time Mr. Wilkins kept
away from the stairway.
