The annual meeting of The Knob
Club \‘as held on Saturday evening
at the Hotel Maliackemo. There was
a large attendance of the members.
The following otllcers were elected
for the ensuing year:

The reports of the officers showed
a paid membership of 177 with six
delinquents for the season of 1920.
Practically all bills have been paid
and there will be a balance in the
treasury when the delinquents settle
up. .
Nothing definite has been done, con
coming a location for the club for
next season. but the governing board
was authorized to make suitable ar-
rangements. It appears as though the.
new owners of the Knob were con-
templating utilizing the place in con
nection with the sale of pioperty for
a summer colony. and in that event
it will not be available for The Knob
Club. The officers. however. have
other locations of a desirable nature
in viey' anti expects to take an option
on one of these. “'hen this is done.
another meeting will be called to :lVl‘
the members an opportunity to ratify
the action of the governing board.

chased last week, was struck and bad-

pened at a "blind corner" and Collins
was coming from a side rod onto the

to avoid him. and was unaware of
his presence until the Collins car.
