Mr. Holiman is a grandson of the
late Rev. Dr. Charles P. Hoffman and
also of the late Rev. llr. Charles A.
Stoddard, who was president of the
Union Theological Seminary. He now
is vice-president of the Charles Fred-
erick Holfman Corporation. oi which
his father is president. Among his
clubs are the Union, Tuxedo and
Aero. On his mother‘s side Mr. Hoff-
man is a nephew of Mrs. Frederick
J. Parsons of Paris. ms. Stuart Dun-
can and Mrs. Albert Gould Jennings.
No date has been set for the wedding.
