Dr. H. E Hoyt. has tendered his
resignation at the Fitch Home to take
effects Sept_ 30th. It is understood his
resignation has been accepted. With
him five of the nurses also will leave.
H. F. Fizzpatrick drug clerk left
there the 7th as a result of the trouble
some time'past. Dr. Hoyt is a very
capable and popular .man and is held
in high esteem bv the old soldiers
but the friction existing and some
changes contemplated caused the Doc-
tor to resign. His successor has not.
yet been appointed.
