Tried at This Term.
The divorce case of Harry Edmunds
of this city and Nellie Siurgis Ed-
munds. in which the plaintiff alleges
Infideliiy on the part of the dcfendcnt
is scheduled to come up on the coming
term of the divorce court in Bridge-
port.
Attorneys Karl! and Thames. of
Bridgeport. have been secured by Ed-
munds lo obtain the divorce for him
from his wife Nellie. Salvatore P.
Genuario of Norwalk has been retained
by Mrs. Edmunds to fight the charge
and divorce which her husband is
bringing againsl her.
This case will come up about the
first Tuesday in September and it the
first of a series in which lhe Norwaik
cases and people will figure promin-
cully.
Nor-walk in this term of the super-
ior court has almost one half of the
unhappy people that are clamoring for'
a divorce.
The case of Edmunds against his
wife, is a peculiar one. Mrs. Edmund:

walk beauties and she is said to
